Phase 3 – Field Operations Training (Week 3–4)

This phase takes place in Silverdale under mentorship from Lead Technicians.

Technicians must demonstrate competency, not just observe.

Complete vehicle inventory check
Understand truck organization
Review job details before arrival
Conduct mid-job walkthrough of property

Properly unfold and fold tarp
Unroll and roll hoses
Connect hose to soft wash system
Properly set up water-fed pole system

Ladder & Access Safety

Attach ladder standoff
Carry extended ladder safely
Carry Little Giant ladder safely
Proper ladder placement on building
Set up Little Giant in A-frame configuration

Roof Access & Fall Protection

Technician must properly attach and use:

Water-fed pole
Deck brush
Gutter scoop
Squeegee attachment

Service Skills Training

Technicians must demonstrate understanding of the following services.

Specialized Cleaning Skills

Screen cleaning
Razor window technique
Skylight cleaning
Water-fed pole cleaning
Commercial window cleaning methods

Jobsite Management

Mid-job property walk around
Protect landscaping and property
Maintain organized jobsite

Job Completion Standards

Proper cleanup procedures
Pack van correctly
